Sales Systems Administrator | $22/hr at Hyatt

The Sales Systems Analyst must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.  This position is responsible for providing administrative support for assigned managers and participating in activities and trainings for preparation into an entry level sales or marketing management role. The Sales Systems Analyst will interface with our customers and may include reactive sales opportunities with small social bookings and rooms only blocks. The ideal candidate has a friendly, service-oriented demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.  This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.  Must encompass the ability to act independently with minimal to no supervision, be detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with our guests and colleagues in a positive manner. RESPONSIBILITIES To help sales leaders improve their productivity and spend more time selling, Sales Systems Analyst provides a variety of support services for their assigned managers and colleagues that includes but is not limited to: Manage and update bookings within the Group Sales systems Manage all commissions, Loyalty points, and attrition figures for the dept and Finance Conduct system audits and uphold standard operating procedures for Sales Dept Support with leads, contracts, addendums, change of statuses and any cancellations Manage invoices and expenses, as well as office orders.
