AssetWatch is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to serve as the analytical and operational link between business stakeholders and the Revenue Systems delivery team. Key responsibilities include leading structured discovery sessions, surfacing requirements, resolving competing priorities, and translating complex business needs into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You will own stakeholder alignment, document current-state business processes, identify automation opportunities, and manage the full UAT lifecycle. Additionally, you will manage the Jira backlog, run sprint operations (planning, daily standups, release notes), and triage inbound Salesforce support requests. Qualifications include 3+ years in a BSA, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role in a B2B SaaS environment, experience with Agile sprint management in Jira, and strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus.
