You will translate organizational priorities and workflow needs into a clear, governed product strategy that supports commercial and client-focused operations. The role combines product ownership, business process optimization, platform governance, data stewardship, and technology-enabled transformation. You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, data owners, vendors, and implementation partners to prioritize investments and deliver measurable outcomes. A key focus will be strengthening platform stability, adoption, workflow effectiveness, support continuity, and transparency before introducing significant new capabilities.
