This role focuses on modernizing security intake and assessment processes through automation, integration, and intelligent workflow design. You will build scalable solutions that streamline how security requests are captured, enriched, routed, and monitored. The position combines software integration, data engineering, workflow automation, and emerging AI-assisted capabilities. You’ll work across security, engineering, and business teams to turn operational requirements into reliable technical solutions. Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and work-management platforms to automate security intake, assessment, and triage processes. Build workflow automation for request routing, data enrichment, notifications, status management, reporting, and other operational processes. Develop and support AI-assisted workflows, including prompt design, orchestration, validation, and governance mechanisms that maintain appropriate human oversight. Analyze, reconcile, cleanse, normalize, and standardize data across multiple systems while implementing validation and monitoring controls to maintain data integrity. Troubleshoot integration and automation issues, implementing monitoring, error handling, and proactive support practices to maintain reliable operations. Partner with security, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvements, document solutions, and deliver scalable automation capabilities. Requirements 3+ years of experience developing enterprise integrations, workflow automation, or data engineering solutions, with strong proficiency in Python or a comparable scripting language. Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, including authentication, data exchange, error handling, rate limiting, and integration across enterprise platforms. Strong data management and analytical capabilities, including SQL, data transformation, reconciliation, normalization, data quality monitoring, and reporting. Experience with enterprise workflow and work-management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar technologies. Familiarity with version control, CI/CD practices, cloud environments, and modern automation technologies. Experience with Azure or AWS, Power Automate, Logic Apps, serverless functions, AI/LLM-assisted workflows, or comparable automation solutions. Cybersecurity experience is strongly preferred, particularly exposure to security intake, assessment, governance, or related operational processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
