What you'll do: Develop, communicate, and implement security processes and practices aligned with business needs and compliance requirements. Monitor and address compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols including PCI, OSHA, and Fire Code. Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work assignments, provide guidance, and support quality and timeline achievement. Respond to emergency situations with tactical security measures and initiate incident command protocols as needed. Investigate security incidents, assess threats, and assist with mitigation efforts to protect associates, assets, and information. Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to promote a safe and secure environment. Support development and improvement of security programs, training, and SOPs. What you'll bring: Proven experience in corporate and physical security, including asset protection and risk mitigation. Strong knowledge of security controls, access controls, and incident management protocols. Ability to implement and monitor compliance with regulatory and corporate policies such as PCI, OSHA, and Fire Code. Skilled in responding to emergency situations with tactical security measures and crisis response. Proficient in auditing security systems and maintaining security awareness programs. Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners. Competence in using Microsoft Office and security alarm devices to support operations security. The hourly wage range for this position is $22.40 - $33.60* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
