IEM is seeking a senior, consultative Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to lead business discovery and delivery for enterprise technology initiatives. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, operational teams, developers, and testers to define practical Salesforce-enabled solutions across Sales, Service, Field Service, legal/contract, and related business functions. You will translate business outcomes into a prioritized Agile backlog, connecting epics, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, testing, and release readiness across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead stakeholder discovery and requirements acquisition: Facilitate interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs to uncover business goals and success measures. - Lead stakeholders to decisions and recommended solutions: Guide cross-functional stakeholders through options and tradeoffs; present recommendations for Salesforce-enabled processes. - Structure and manage Agile work: Translate strategic objectives into epics and user stories; define acceptance criteria and priorities. - Support testing and release readiness: Partner with QA and business users to define test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and obtain business sign-off. - Document processes and workflows: Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and technical specifications. - Develop user enablement materials: Create job aids and release communications. - Manage and prioritize the backlog: Maintain traceability from objectives through release. - Facilitate Agile delivery: Lead or participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily standups. - Leverage AI tools for productivity: Use generative AI to generate user stories and documentation. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years in a Business Analyst role, including experience leading stakeholder discovery and writing user stories. - Strong SQL and data-analysis experience: Querying relational databases and defining source-to-target mappings. - Agile methodology: Direct experience in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management. - Requirements documentation: Track record of eliciting and validating business requirements. - Agile tools proficiency: Experience with Jira or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce domain experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service). - MuleSoft and integration experience. - AI project experience and GenAI fluency. - Experience with Confluence, Lucidchart, or Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset.
