You will serve as the lead Power Apps developer within a small, integrated team supporting large-scale workforce and training data initiatives. Your primary focus will be designing intuitive applications that enable users to collect, validate, route, and approve data efficiently. You will connect Power Apps and Power Automate workflows with SQL Server, SharePoint, and downstream analytics environments. The role combines hands-on development, workflow architecture, user-centered design, testing, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will have significant ownership over application quality, usability, security, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
