This is a senior customer success opportunity focused on helping leading crypto businesses, financial institutions, and fintechs achieve measurable outcomes through blockchain intelligence solutions. You’ll own a portfolio of strategic private-sector accounts across North America, acting as a trusted advisor to senior compliance and investigations leaders. The role combines strategic account management, financial crime expertise, customer retention, and expansion in a high-growth technology environment. You’ll use AI as a force multiplier to accelerate account planning, customer-health analysis, executive communications, and repeatable workflows. You’ll translate complex investigative and technical concepts into clear business value while serving as a key voice of the customer. Working in a distributed, async-first organization, you’ll have significant autonomy and collaborate closely across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
