This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing a global direct tax reporting organization within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. You will shape the strategy and operating model for worldwide income tax accounting, reporting, and compliance. The role owns quarterly and annual tax provision processes, SEC tax reporting, compliance, controls, and complex tax accounting matters. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, business leaders, auditors, advisors, and other senior stakeholders. A major focus will be transforming tax operations through AI, automation, advanced analytics, and scalable digital processes. You will also build and develop a high-performing team while strengthening governance, risk management, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic tax leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business judgment, innovation, and executive influence.
