Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Health Economics & Actuarial Analytics based in the United States. This is a senior data science leadership role focused on proving the clinical and economic value of digital healthcare interventions. You will own the full analytical chain, from measuring population-level clinical outcomes to translating those outcomes into credible financial impact. The role requires deep expertise in health economics, actuarial analytics, healthcare claims, causal inference, and quality measurement. You will serve as a trusted technical counterpart to payer actuarial teams, consultants, and other sophisticated external stakeholders. You will also help shape value-based care strategy, including target populations and the outcomes that can be credibly committed to. Leading a small team, you will remain highly hands-on while building scalable methodologies and using AI-enabled tools to accelerate analytical work.
