Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI Product based in the United States. This is a senior technical leadership role guiding an open-source AI product from R&D incubation into a reliable, production-ready, enterprise-grade platform. You will lead a small, highly experienced engineering team while remaining close to technical execution, architecture, code quality, and delivery. The role combines people leadership, hands-on engineering judgment, product partnership, and the development of scalable engineering practices. You will help define what production readiness means across AI-enabled workflows, privacy, security, reliability, integrations, and user experience. Working in a fully remote and globally distributed environment, you will collaborate across engineering, product, design, and enterprise-facing teams. The ideal candidate has successfully helped early-stage products mature without sacrificing speed, experimentation, or technical quality.
