How You'll Make an Impact Strategic Business Partnership Act as a trusted finance advisor to business leadership, providing strategic guidance on financial and operational performance to develop business strategies, growth initiatives, and investment plans. Support decision-making through scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and financial modeling. Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectives to improve business outcomes. Financial Planning and Performance Management Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance management activities. Monitor financial performance against targets and identify risks, opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to improve revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and productivity. Drive accountability for financial commitments across the business. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering roles. Experience leading financial planning processes, performance management activities, and business transformation initiatives. Demonstrated success influencing senior business leaders and supporting strategic decision-making. Solid expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, business analytics, and scenario planning. MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
