Senior Marketing Manager - Narrative and Launch at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Narrative and Launch based in the United States. Help shape how a breakthrough computing technology is understood by the industry, technical audiences, and potential customers. In this senior, hands-on role, you will lead product launches while helping develop clear, compelling narratives for complex AI and semiconductor innovations. You’ll bring together positioning, messaging, content, public relations, events, and sales enablement to create a consistent story across every touchpoint. Working closely with engineers, technical experts, marketing leaders, and external partners, you’ll translate sophisticated technology into credible, accessible communications. You’ll also help build the marketing processes and frameworks needed to support a growing technology business. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys execution, values evidence over hype, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where initiative matters. Accountabilities Launch strategy and execution: Own launch planning, sequencing, proof points, and organizational readiness, coordinating digital marketing, public relations, events, and other channels to deliver cohesive, effective product launches. Narrative and positioning development: Partner with marketing leadership to research, develop, test, and refine corporate, brand, and product messaging, ensuring the narrative is consistent across websites, presentations, technical briefs, events, media briefings, and sales materials. Technical storytelling: Collaborate directly with engineers, chip architects, and other technical experts to develop explainers, technical briefs, launch narratives, and customer stories that make complex technology understandable to different audiences without sacrificing accuracy. Hands-on marketing execution: Create content, support social media and creative initiatives, coordinate events, and work directly with freelancers, agencies, and other external partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets. Technical claims and accuracy: Evaluate how performance, capabilities, and product claims are communicated publicly, ensuring messaging is precise, evidence-based, and supportable. Competitive intelligence: Research competitors, established industry players, emerging challengers, and market dynamics to inform positioning and identify meaningful differentiation. Sales and business development enablement: Develop practical messaging, presentations, and other resources that address real customer questions and help business development and technical sales teams communicate the value of the technology. Brand consistency and communications: Help strengthen brand expression across channels while supporting analyst relations, press engagement, internal communications, and broader marketing strategy. Marketing process development: Establish repeatable systems for launches, competitive research, enablement, and campaign execution, helping build a scalable marketing function from the ground up. Research-led collaboration: Challenge assumptions constructively, bring data and evidence to strategic discussions, identify opportunities proactively, and take ownership of initiatives without waiting for fully defined briefs or instructions. Requirements At least 7 years of marketing experience , including direct responsibility for positioning, messaging, and product or company launches. Strong command of positioning and messaging architecture, audience definition, launch planning, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and brand development. Ability to learn technically demanding subjects quickly and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling communications for both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technology accurately without oversimplifying it. Strong judgment regarding technical and performance claims, including the confidence to challenge unsupported statements and prioritize credibility over hype. Demonstrated experience building marketing processes and frameworks where none previously existed, taking initiative, and turning strategic ideas into completed deliverables. A hands-on approach to execution, with experience personally creating content, coordinating events, briefing creative partners, and delivering marketing projects rather than relying solely on delegation. Creative experience, either producing marketing assets directly or working closely with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality work. Strong research, analytical, and competitive assessment skills, with the ability to support recommendations through evidence rather than intuition alone. Comfort working in an evolving environment with ambiguity, lean teams, and hardware development timelines that may differ from software release cycles. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing leadership, engineers, technical experts, business development, and external partners. Preferred qualifications: Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or AI infrastructure marketing; familiarity with edge or client AI inference and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or design-win processes; experience collaborating closely with researchers and engineers; and a background spanning both agency and in-house marketing. Semiconductor or AI infrastructure experience is preferred but not required. Candidates from other technically demanding industries may be a strong fit if they can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and communicate complex technology effectively.
