Strong hands-on experience in Process Mining implementations Mandatory expertise in OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and process analytics Advanced SQL and relational database skills Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with process intelligence, automation, AI-enabled process optimization, and operationalization preferred Relevant Process Mining certifications highly desirable Position 2: Process Mining Consultant (Level 2) Experience: 8+ years Key Responsibilities: Lead a data engineering team delivering Process Mining solutions Design and implement data extraction and transformation pipelines Develop and optimize data models and process analytics solutions Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Support operationalization, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives Requirement.
