You will own analytics for Wishlists and Celebrations, helping shape experiences that extend customer engagement beyond the newborn phase. The role combines product analytics, experimentation, instrumentation, and business analysis across a multi-sided ecosystem of users and partners. You will build KPI frameworks and measurement strategies for evolving product surfaces, often starting from the ground up. Your insights will directly influence product priorities, experimentation roadmaps, retention strategies, and long-term business value. You will also help advance AI-assisted analytics practices and raise the analytical standards across the broader Data organization.
