Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience based in the United States. This is a high-impact product leadership role owning the platform experience used by learners across multiple stages of their education and careers. You will shape how millions of learners engage with courses, practice asynchronously, and stay motivated to make progress. The role combines product strategy, user experience, learning outcomes, analytics, and AI-first product development. You will inherit a live, growing platform and be responsible for making it measurably better as usage scales dramatically. A central challenge will be determining where AI can improve effectiveness and scale while preserving the human connection essential to successful learning. You will work closely with Curriculum, Learning, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams in a highly autonomous, fast-moving environment. Success will be measured by improvements in learning rate, retention, and engagement—not simply by the number of features shipped.
