This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Production Planner based in the United States. The Senior Production Planner plays a key role in translating customer demand into efficient, achievable production plans. You will manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules while balancing materials, labor, equipment capacity, inventory, and service requirements. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify constraints and proactively adjust plans to protect customer commitments. Your analysis of planning KPIs will help leaders make informed decisions and identify opportunities for operational improvement. You will also lead root-cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions across production and supply planning. The role offers an opportunity to influence supply chain performance through ERP optimization, data analytics, and continuous improvement. This is an on-site position in Waltham, Massachusetts, within a collaborative inventory and production planning organization.
