You will manage recruitment assignments end to end, partnering directly with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand their needs and identify exceptional candidates. The position combines strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, candidate engagement, assessment, and stakeholder management. You will build and maintain strong pipelines while leveraging recruitment databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks.
