The Position Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Account Management, who will provide day-to-day support for account management activities, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and CRM updates. This role ensures account teams are well-prepared for client discussions, enabling senior consultants to focus on strategic engagement. Key Responsibilities Support development of account and client intelligence, client research, and executive relationship mapping Coordinate logistics for account team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials preparation Document client updates, account team discussions, and follow-up actions, and ensure timely dissemination to account teams Maintain CRM and account management systems and account plans, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and account visibility Track client opportunities, account activities, and growth indicators. Identify trends and support reporting insights. Prepare presentations, summaries, and supporting materials for account management meetings and leadership reviews Collaborate with AVPs and Sales Operations to ensure consistent, accurate reporting across accounts Support account management training, onboarding, and adoption of account planning tools and processes Support continuous improvement of account management processes and tools Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a background in account coordination, client support, or professional services with demonstrated success in managing documentation, scheduling, and reporting to support client-facing teams. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the following: 3+ years of relevant and related experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear summaries and materials Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with account managers, consultants, and cross-functional teams Demonstrated professional judgment, integrity, and commitment to supporting client engagement activities Applicants for employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kaufman Hall (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status) Education Bachelor’s degree required Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing and typing.
