Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Group Lead to join our US Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Boston, MA . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-platform initiatives, ensuring alignment to business goals, client value, and enterprise standards. Lead large-scale change initiatives from initiation through completion, sequencing work to reduce risk and maximize impact. Build and manage executable roadmaps, integrated plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and change management activities. Oversee PI Planning and cross-platform coordination to align teams, balance capacity, and deliver clear, achievable milestones. Ensure delivery meets enterprise standards across technology, risk, compliance, operations, and quality expectations. Align demand with capacity through resource planning, staffing coordination, and skills matching across teams and platforms. Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and AI-driven scalable solutions by empowering teams, using data, and simplifying processes. Influence stakeholders, manage governance and escalation, support talent growth, and communicate effectively to drive adoption, efficiency, and results. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., SAFe, PMP, Agile/Lean, Product Management). Extensive experience (typically 8-12 years) leading complex, multi-team delivery initiatives in large, regulated enterprises. Demonstrated track record of delivering cross-platform programs end to end with measurable business outcomes. Expertise in program/portfolio management, PI Planning, dependency management, and cross-functional synchronization. Experience scaling AI-enabled solutions and data-driven products, with grounding in responsible AI practices. Strong command of governance frameworks, enterprise standards, risk controls, and compliance in financial services (or similar). Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams without direct reporting lines. Demonstrated capability to mentor teams, foster innovation, and cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
