Job Description Title: ServiceNow Architect- 12+ The position is remote, however, it does involve travel, which can be anywhere in the US, travel is up to 15%. Travel expenses will be paid for. ServiceNow Architect who is strong on ServiceNow AI 6 Months contract Travel up to 20% to client sites US or Green cards only Key Responsibilities Architect and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions Implement Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI Workflows Build GenAI-enabled process automation and intelligent workflows Configure AI Agents, skills, prompts and workflow orchestration Integrate ServiceNow with LLMs, third-party AI tools and data platforms Lead and mentor technical teams Advise customers on AI architecture, governance and best practices Communicate the business value and ROI of AI solutions Requirements Expert-level ServiceNow development and architecture experience Strong experience with Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI Expertise across at least two ServiceNow modules/process areas Understanding of GenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering Experience with AI integrations and workflow automation Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills Ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable Able to travel up to 15% Kind Regards, Deep Patel Sr. Technical Recruiter ZealHire Inc.
