Perform hands-on agent activation on RAD sprints alongside the technical lead. Drive assist consumption within engagements toward the adoption-incentive gate. Produce technical and usage documentation at RAD handoff. Move through the third-engagement efficiency curve toward steady-state delivery ( Key skills: Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and Now Assist implementation capability. Self-directed delivery across multiple concurrent customers. Comfortable switching between advisory-only (AISP) and hands-on (RAD) modes without blurring scope. Customer-facing confidence and clear communication.
