This is a fully remote opportunity for a senior software engineer specializing in ServiceNow development and IT Service Management (ITSM). You’ll play a key role in designing, enhancing, and maintaining a business-critical ServiceNow platform. The position combines hands-on development with collaboration across product owners, process owners, developers, and platform engineering teams. You’ll work extensively with ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, custom applications, and ITSM capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-driven functionality. Your work will support platform stability, quality delivery, upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement.
