As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team building the systems that power modern, agentic software development environments. You’ll shape technical direction across agent execution, integrations, developer workflows, and the underlying workspace experience. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team development, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help make AI agents more capable, reliable, observable, and useful across real-world development environments. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Design, you’ll turn rapidly evolving AI capabilities into practical developer experiences. You’ll operate in a technically ambitious environment spanning distributed systems, LLMs, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling.
