This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Revenue Assurance Analyst based in the United States. This role is focused on protecting revenue integrity through detailed financial analysis, account investigation, and risk identification. You will evaluate customer claims, disputes, contracts, pricing, and financial obligations to ensure accurate outcomes. With approximately 80% of the role dedicated to Revenue Assurance and 20% to Billing Operations support, you will have broad operational visibility. Your analysis will help uncover revenue leakage, financial exposure, process gaps, and opportunities for recovery and improvement. You will work closely with Finance, Billing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal or Contract Administration teams. The role combines investigative problem-solving, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement in a remote or hybrid environment.
