Overview: We are the Global Immigration team, with colleagues based in London, New York, and Los Angeles. We manage full lifecycle immigration requirements for NBCUniversal worldwide. Our stakeholders have dynamic needs, and we work diligently to ensure best practices are in place to deliver excellent results. In this role, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational integrity of NBCUniversal's immigration program. You will balance case management support, compliance obligations, accurate data administration, and responsive stakeholder service in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring reliable immigration and compliance operations. Responsibilities: Manage post-approval immigration compliance tasks, including required reporting, document maintenance, work authorization tracking, and escalation of potential compliance issues Maintain accurate immigration records and trackers; complete regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity Review I-9, right-to-work and related compliance documentation; respond to inquiries, conduct trainings as required, and ensure compliance records are maintained Provide administrative support for immigration case management, including case setup, document collection, and follow up on required actions from intake through completion Generate recurring operational, compliance, Work in Progress, and leadership reports Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, trackers, templates, and other tools that support consistent and efficient team operations Administer immigration-related billing processes, including invoice review, coding, reconciliation, and resolution of billing discrepancies Identify ways to improve processes, data quality, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder support Basic Requirements: 3+ years of law firm or in-house corporate experience, preferably including support for immigration and/or compliance matters Ownership mentality with exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and deadlines Reliable, proactive, and able to independently engage in problem-solving Demonstrated experience with data entry, recordkeeping, expiration tracking, reporting, and quality control in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Solid organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage recurring administrative and compliance responsibilities accurately and on schedule Exceptional proficiency in data and document management, including excellent Excel skills Spanish language skills preferred but not required This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the New York, NY or Universal City, CA office a minimum of four days per week.
