This fully remote role offers an opportunity to shape the clinical safety and quality of AI-enabled healthcare products. You will work at the intersection of patient care, clinical documentation, Trust & Safety, and artificial intelligence. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, and clinical review teams. You will lead efforts to monitor, evaluate, and understand errors in AI-generated clinical content and translate findings into product improvements. Your expertise will directly inform clinical risk assessment, product priorities, reviewer performance, and AI evaluation strategies. You will also provide clinical leadership for human-in-the-loop review operations and supervise clinical specialists.
