This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer based in the United States. This is a high-impact, full-stack engineering role for a senior technical leader who enjoys owning problems from initial discovery through production. You’ll work across a modern Python/Django backend and React/TypeScript frontend, turning ambiguous customer and operational needs into reliable products. The role offers substantial autonomy within a lean engineering environment where engineers are accountable for outcomes, not simply tickets. You’ll influence architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, testing, security, and production operations across meaningful initiatives. AI is embedded into the engineering workflow, giving you the opportunity to accelerate investigation, development, testing, debugging, and review. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders while maintaining strong technical ownership. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced engineer who combines strong execution, sound judgment, and a systems-level mindset.
