Job Description Summary Responsible for a variety of hardware and software solutions across all life cycle stages. As an active partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality products that meet business requirements based on defined outcomes. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Partner with business team to creatively identify / evaluate / implement / improve technologies and processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions utilizing Lean and Agile principles. Lead the development of winnable strategies that creatively use resources to anticipate and solve problems, resulting in innovative solutions for the business using alternatives beyond the obvious. Drive the evolution of support by delivering products at the site including sensor enablement, data visualization, mobility, vision systems, etc. and to enable data driven decisions with speed and agility. Ensure stability of site operations through obsolescence planning, patching compliance, and asset maintenance management. Maintain documentation on all systems, installations, and configurations. Coordinate and communicate all Change Management and Risk Management activities. Lead in the evaluation / implementation of third-party software solutions. Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Distinct Area of Work (DAW) or IT Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience Eligibility Requirement: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
