You will remain deeply hands-on, writing production code while influencing architecture and engineering standards across the organization. The role combines technical leadership, complex product development, mentorship, and close collaboration with Product, Design, and Clinical teams. You will tackle ambiguous, 0-to-1 challenges and turn clinical workflows into scalable, reliable software that delivers meaningful user and patient outcomes. You will also help strengthen engineering practices around reliability, technical debt, developer experience, and AI-assisted development.
