This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on owning and leading major product experiences across an AI-native financial planning platform. You’ll solve complex full-stack problems spanning intuitive, high-performance interfaces and robust financial data systems. The role combines product thinking, technical depth, and close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams. You’ll take initiatives from early problem discovery through architecture, implementation, launch, and continuous iteration. You’ll also help shape AI-native capabilities, including orchestration, retrieval, and tool-based workflows. As a Staff+ engineer, your influence will extend beyond your own projects by raising engineering standards and building systems adopted by other teams.
