We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Vue.js + Nuxt.js) to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Vue.js, Nuxt.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end architecture , along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating with business and product stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js. Define front-end development standards, frameworks, and best practices. Drive technical decisions, solution design, and implementation strategies. Ensure application performance, maintainability, scalability, and security. Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams. Development & Delivery Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components. Design and implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API-driven architectures using Nuxt.js. Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and release planning activities. Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate technical risks. Team Leadership Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and promote engineering excellence. Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives. Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven engineering culture. Quality & Performance Establish coding standards and development guidelines. Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD best practices. Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and user experience. Ensure compliance with security and quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8-12+ years of software development experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js. Strong experience with Nuxt.js, SSR, SSG, and modern front-end architectures. Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications. Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks. Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and application scalability. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 175,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
