Key responsibilities include partnering with Controllers, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to understand business processes and operational controls; analyzing workflows involving cash/position reconciliation, exceptions management, and financial operations; translating requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and user stories; facilitating workshops; supporting UAT planning; and using AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation and analysis. Requirements include 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise software solutions, experience in Financial Services or Asset Management, familiarity with Back Office Operations, and the ability to discuss technical concepts like APIs, data flows, and system integrations with engineers. Nice to have skills include SQL knowledge, familiarity with Agile, and exposure to workflow automation platforms.
