Job Type Election Workers (Seasonal) Department Recorder About the Position As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are responsible for creating a detailed ticket of each call, providing troubleshooting assistance, ordering supplies, and dispatching help to the Vote Center when needed. This cross-functional position will also support divisional operations within early voting (Signature Verification, Curing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to learn new tasks quickly.
