This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Territory Account Manager based in United States. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on expanding adoption of innovative cardiovascular diagnostic technology within a defined geographic territory. You will serve as a trusted partner to cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare stakeholders. The role combines strategic account development, clinical education, relationship building, and business growth. You will develop programs that strengthen referral networks and increase the use of advanced cardiac testing pathways across targeted accounts. Working closely with sales, marketing, clinical, product, and market access teams, you will coordinate resources to deliver strong customer outcomes. This remote position offers the opportunity to influence how cardiovascular technologies are adopted while spending approximately 20–25% of your time traveling from a home office. Accountabilities: Develop and execute business development plans for strategic accounts, working closely with key stakeholders to drive growth and adoption of non-invasive cardiovascular testing pathways. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, cardiologists, healthcare professionals, administrators, and other strategic stakeholders to expand awareness, referrals, and ongoing product utilization. Educate customers on the clinical and business value of the technology through presentations, discussions, office meetings, educational programs, and other customer-facing activities. Develop and coordinate account programs such as physician education sessions, dinner programs, VIP visits, CT pathway roadshows, and referring physician office meetings, leveraging appropriate internal resources. Partner cross-functionally with territory sales, marketing, market access, clinical, CT applications, product development, and other teams to support account strategies, sales initiatives, education, and training. Identify opportunities to increase utilization within existing customer locations by strengthening referral networks, improving engagement, and championing adoption of cardiovascular diagnostic pathways. Monitor performance across assigned strategic accounts against established metrics, including quota achievement, growth in non-invasive cardiac testing conversion, and penetration and case growth of advanced blood-flow assessment technologies. Proactively identify customer needs, solve account challenges, and coordinate internal resources to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and support long-term account growth. Requirements: Bring a proven track record of sales achievement, with strong account development skills and experience building relationships that contribute to measurable business growth. Have a four-year degree with at least 5 years of related sales or clinical experience, or a two-year degree with at least 7 years of related sales or clinical experience. A degree in science, medical, business, marketing, or a technical discipline is preferred. Prior experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospitals, medical software, or related healthcare environments is highly desirable. Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals and developing or supporting clinical programs is strongly preferred. Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand complex clinical and technical information and translate it effectively for physicians and other healthcare professionals. Have knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technologies, with the ability to communicate clinical concepts to stakeholders with varying technical and medical backgrounds. Be highly customer-focused, self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently initiating, managing, and completing projects. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, particularly when managing complex customer situations or working under pressure, along with a strong work ethic and professional approach. Excel in cross-functional environments and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, clinical, product, market access, and other internal teams. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong professional etiquette, and the ability to build credibility with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is preferred. Benefits: Base compensation of $125,000 USD , with eligibility for variable compensation or commission and a total target compensation of $200,000 USD . Remote working environment with the role designed to be performed from a home office.
