Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Creative leads the development and execution of innovative creative strategies that align with business objectives and brand standards. About the team: The Walmart Creative LA Content Studio Site/PDP team produces high-quality ecommerce imagery and site content that showcases Walmart’s fashion assortment on Walmart.com. This team integrates creative, production, operations, and technology to deliver consistent, engaging content that supports customer discovery and shopping. Managing the full production cycle—from intake to publication—the team collaborates with cross-functional partners to meet creative and business standards. Focused on quality, efficiency, and innovation, the team advances content production through automation and data-driven processes, enhancing the Walmart digital shopping experience with scalable and effective creative solutions. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end production of fashion ecommerce content for Walmart.com, from intake and scheduling through final asset delivery. Manage studio workflows, production schedules, crews, talent, budgets, and vendor relationships. Ensure productions deliver on time, on budget, and to Walmart’s creative and quality standards. Partner with Creative, Fashion Office, Site, Samples, Post Production, and Studio Operations to drive alignment and resolve challenges. Track KPIs including cost per shot, set performance, image quality, reshoots, and budget performance. Drive operational efficiencies through standardized processes, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Foster a collaborative, high-performing studio culture. What you'll bring: Proven experience producing fashion ecommerce, commercial photography, and/or marketing content in a fast-paced studio environment. Strong knowledge of end-to-end photo production, including casting, talent, crew, scheduling, usage, post-production, and asset delivery. Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing production budgets, vendors, bids, and project closeouts. Ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, volume, timelines, and business priorities. Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions. Curiosity and enthusiasm for evolving production through technology, automation, and AI. Collaborative, adaptable leadership style that thrives in changing environments. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
