Responsible for aligning inventory strategies with business goals, managing disruptions, and improving inventory health metrics, the position also provides leadership by developing and mentoring team members. About the team: Our team delivers seasonally relevant assortments that enhance customers’ summer and outdoor experiences. We leverage data analysis and customer insights to anticipate demand and optimize category strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we focus on financial forecasting, merchandise planning, and category management to drive effective assortment decisions. The team supports continuous improvement through clear communication and data-driven recommendations, ensuring alignment with business goals. What you'll do: Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration. Align forecasts and inventory flows to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal builds. Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues. Manage inventory distribution, including recalls, returns, and end-of-life transitions, ensuring system accuracy. Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and reduce costs. Supervise and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor key metrics such as On-Time-In-Full delivery and inventory turnover to support business goals. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
