What you'll do: Identify and assess data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements. Perform initial data quality checks and manage ongoing data quality improvement initiatives. Translate complex business problems into data-driven analytical solutions using advanced techniques and tools. Design and implement effective data visualizations to communicate insights and influence stakeholders. Develop and execute data strategies that unlock business value and support enterprise data governance. Mentor team members on analytics methods, data storytelling, and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and priorities. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data technologies and advanced statistical techniques. Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI. Strong knowledge of data quality management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture principles. Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Expertise in exploratory data analysis, data modeling, and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL. Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
