About the team: The Reliable Operations team delivers technical expertise, maintenance governance, and reliability leadership across the fulfillment network. It collaborates with site operations, maintenance teams, OEMs, and service partners to enhance equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve operational performance. The team identifies reliability risks, standardizes maintenance practices, resolves critical equipment issues, and implements network-level strategies. Their efforts ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of material handling systems, maximizing service quality and providing a consistent experience for customers and members throughout the network. What you'll do: Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract administration to optimize service quality and cost efficiency. Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices aligned with business objectives. Utilize data analysis and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and enhance maintenance effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve operational challenges. Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to procurement protocols. Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Expertise in vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and quality control. Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Technical knowledge of facility repair, maintenance, and reliability management. Effective collaboration and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience managing budgets, procurement, and expense control within maintenance operations.
