About the team: The team leads regional real estate project estimation and negotiation, collaborating with internal and external partners to align scope, schedule, and budget. They manage complex project details, including design coordination and market analysis, supporting informed decision-making. This group ensures effective communication with leadership and stakeholders, focusing on accurate budgeting and risk mitigation. Emphasizing strong project management, business negotiation, and portfolio oversight, the team delivers strategic real estate solutions that drive operational excellence and support company objectives in real estate development and construction management. What you'll do: Manage and evaluate the real estate portfolio, overseeing property development, disposition, and lease enforcement. Lead negotiations for property use, construction costs, and contractor agreements to optimize financial outcomes. Conduct market and site selection analyses, preparing investment assessments and conceptual site plans. Collaborate with government agencies to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance. Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance. Supervise and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and operational standards across real estate activities. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
