About the team: The Facility Services team ensures the safety, functionality, and compliance of food equipment through expert maintenance and repairs. What you'll do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on food equipment and facility systems following established schedules and guidelines. Inspect, clean, and diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs. Oversee and guide less-experienced associates, providing hands-on training and instruction. Manage work orders, parts inventory, and contractor activities to ensure quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Conduct safety checks on machinery and vehicles, addressing hazards and maintaining operational readiness. Document maintenance activities, budget information, and submit required reports accurately and timely. Participate in on-call rotation to support critical business needs outside regular hours. What you'll bring: Proven experience performing maintenance, repair, and inspection of food equipment and related systems using multiple craft skills. Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations with a commitment to compliance. Experience managing work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor relationships to ensure quality and cost control. Capability to lead, train, and mentor less-experienced technicians through hands-on instruction and guidance. Proficiency operating and inspecting heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and effectively. The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
