As Vice President, Client Partnership, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of high-value client relationships. You will serve as a senior advisor to clients while guiding internal teams toward exceptional delivery and long-term partnership growth. The role combines relationship leadership, commercial strategy, account operations, and financial management. You will oversee large, multidisciplinary teams and ensure engagements are strategically aligned, effectively staffed, and financially healthy. You will identify new opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, and help shape solutions around evolving client needs. Accountabilities: Serve as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to multiple clients, strengthening relationships while aligning engagement strategies with their business objectives and evolving needs. Lead a portfolio of complex client engagements, balancing relationship quality, delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Manage and develop account teams responsible for day-to-day relationship management and account operations, fostering accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and high performance. Establish engagement strategies and work closely with department heads, discipline leads, and project teams to translate strategic plans into successful execution. Develop and expand relationships with key client executives, maintaining strong connections beyond individual engagements and identifying opportunities for long-term partnership growth. Identify client needs and opportunities that may not yet be fully articulated, connecting emerging business priorities with relevant approaches, solutions, and creative capabilities. Oversee portfolio profitability, partnering with executive leadership to develop and negotiate statements of work and ensuring engagements are delivered effectively and within budget. Manage client expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle, maintaining high service standards and actively gathering and responding to client feedback. Partner with engagement teams to ensure account forecasts are accurate, projects are appropriately planned and staffed, and deliverables are prioritized effectively. Lead strategic new business development efforts from RFP responses and pitch development through account closing, including support for MSA and contract negotiations. Develop and deliver thoughtful, compelling presentations and written materials for senior clients and internal stakeholders. Support and mentor talented team members while creating an environment where diverse perspectives, continuous learning, and strong creative thinking can thrive. Requirements: Bring 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale client engagements within a digital agency, consultancy, technology services organization, or similar environment. Demonstrate a proven track record managing $5M+ client portfolios while maintaining strong standards for quality, efficiency, delivery, and financial health. Have experience leading large, cross-disciplinary teams of 20+ people and demonstrate the ability to lead through others while building a culture of accountability and curiosity. Possess strong expertise in account management, account growth, client relationship leadership, and developing cross-functional approaches that support client business objectives. Demonstrate the ability to develop engagement strategies and collaborate effectively with department heads, discipline leaders, and project teams to drive execution. Bring strong commercial and business management capabilities, including portfolio profitability, statements of work, budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations. Be highly skilled at executive-level relationship building, with the ability to expand client networks, establish trusted partnerships, and identify new opportunities. Have excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of how digital, creative, and user-centered experiences can address complex business needs. Possess outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and persuasive client-facing materials. Benefits: Competitive U.S. salary range of $200,000–$235,000, with final compensation determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, specialization, budget, market demand, and local market conditions.
