The VP Engineering will provide executive leadership for a global product engineering organization responsible for building scalable, customer-focused software products. You will define and execute engineering strategy in close partnership with Product Management, Design, and Go-to-Market leadership. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on engagement in architecture, technical decisions, delivery, and complex problem-solving. A major focus will be advancing AI-enabled coding and development lifecycle practices while accelerating cloud and SaaS product delivery. You will shape engineering culture, develop senior leaders, attract exceptional talent, and establish best-in-class engineering practices. Success will be measured through product quality, speed to market, customer outcomes, and alignment between technology and business strategy.
