Job Description: HPE is seeking seasoned executive to drive a significant transformation in the Sales Enablement space end-to-end, interacting with senior stakeholders across the company. This is a strategic leadership role to further enhance HPE Sales Enablement function and to manage large-scale transformational moves ensuring the right Sales skillset and knowledge is in place to deliver on HPE Journey to One Strategy. The role reports directly to the SVP of Global Sales Strategy & Operations. At a time of mindset-shift and transformation of the Global Sales business at HPE, this is a critical role that will be focused on a high-visibility, high-impact programs with critical outcomes for Sales.. Primary Responsibilities Engagement: Developing annual Business Unit and geography enablement plans; aligning with BU and Geo priorities; and supporting vertical, partner, portfolio, sales-specialist, and industry-advisor curricula. Thought Leadership: Defining and advancing the future vision for enriched seller learning across sales skills, portfolio knowledge, and solution training. Sales Skills and Onboarding: Leading new-hire onboarding, the Sales Enablement Framework, sales methodology, sales leader and manager development, digital selling, foundational skills, and role-based curricula. Sales and Channel Activation: Leading activation strategy and planning, editorial and news production, Seismic experiences, content management, and Sales and Channel Response Center operations. Design, Development, and Technologies: Advancing portfolio-course development through innovative learning methods and managing the enhancement, simplification, and consolidation of enablement platforms. Planning, Projects, and Marketing: Managing the planning, delivery, and promotion of Sales Enablement solutions, campaigns, and activities. Business Operations and Learner Support: Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, spend management, program operations, and learner support. Role Definition and Alignment: Establishing clear role cards, role definitions, competency expectations, and associated learning requirements. Content Creation: Translating technical, product, and solution information into practical, customer-focused content for Sales teams. Business Unit Alignment: Partnering with Business Units to ensure enablement content is accurate, relevant, timely, and aligned with business priorities. NPI Launch and Enablement: Ensuring sellers and partners are prepared for new product, service, and solution introductions through coordinated readiness and activation plans. Driving strategic goals of the organization to a successful completion: Elevate role-specific, outcome-based enablement Accelerate HPE Way of Selling transformation through continued improvement and simplification of core offerings positioning for all sellers Define requirements for Sales Enablement platforms, resources and experiences Deliver innovation to enable sales productivity Build seller confidence through a solid enablement foundation Key stakeholders for the role include – Global Sales Leadership teams, Strategy and Planning Leadership Teams, Finance Leadership. This role will typically influence across DIR - VP level talent. Experience and Skills Extensive experience in corporate leadership roles or Management Consulting in the area of Sales, Sales Enablement, Training design and delivery Proven track record in global roles leading teams of 100+ team members Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills, influencing skills and executive presence Experience in managing large, complex programs requiring driving strong alignment across teams and geographies Organizational and strategic management skills, including budget and business planning and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Management consulting experience is an advantage Ability to manage stakeholders through influence (not direct reports) across multiple geographies and organizations to drive skills development and achieve desired results Extensive business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience encompassing one or more sales operations management domains.
