This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Operations based in the United States. The VP of Operations will own the company-wide operating system that translates strategy into coordinated, measurable execution. This is a high-impact leadership role connecting priorities, investments, resources, and performance across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, and People. You will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to establish clarity around what matters most and ensure decisions move efficiently from discussion to action. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership, including company planning, OKRs, business reviews, resource allocation, and cross-functional initiatives. You will build scalable systems, processes, and operating rhythms that improve visibility, accountability, and organizational effectiveness as the business grows. Success will require strong analytical judgment, executive communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
