This role will help shape the website into a high-performing marketing and growth channel that communicates a compelling brand story and supports measurable business outcomes. You will own web content strategy, messaging, execution, and optimization across high-impact digital experiences. The position combines exceptional writing and storytelling with strategic thinking, SEO, user experience, analytics, and conversion-focused content design. You will independently lead projects from concept through launch while partnering with design, development, marketing, and regional teams. Using performance data, user behavior insights, and emerging technologies, you will continuously identify opportunities to improve the web experience. This is a hands-on individual contributor opportunity in a remote-first environment with significant influence across the customer journey. Accountabilities: Develop website messaging and content strategies aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and campaign goals, creating digital experiences that increase engagement and support conversion. Write compelling, conversion-focused web copy that communicates value clearly, simplifies complex concepts, and creates consistent messaging across different stages of the buyer journey. Independently manage web initiatives from concept through launch, taking ownership of content strategy, stakeholder alignment, copy development, reviews, implementation, and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with designers and web developers to bring new experiences to life, including campaign landing pages and complex multi-page website initiatives. Use web analytics, heatmaps, SEO insights, user behavior data, and performance reporting to identify opportunities and improve content, user experience, and website effectiveness. Support monthly and quarterly website reporting by analyzing key findings, identifying areas for improvement, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Shape web experiences that balance brand storytelling, audience education, and conversion objectives while ensuring the website clearly communicates the organization’s positioning and differentiation. Partner with regional marketing teams on multilingual content and localization initiatives that improve user experience and conversion performance across global markets. Explore and implement AI-enabled workflows that improve content creation, personalization, operational efficiency, and overall web performance. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, content strategy practices, SEO, and evolving approaches to user experience. Requirements: Bring 5+ years of experience in web content strategy, content marketing, web copywriting, digital experience, or a closely related field. Be an exceptional writer and editor with strong editorial judgment and the ability to create compelling narratives for different audiences, channels, and stages of the customer journey. Demonstrate experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and independent project ownership. Have a strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, UX principles, SEO, and conversion-focused content design. Possess hands-on experience with web analytics and reporting tools and be comfortable using performance data and user behavior insights to guide decisions. Have strong knowledge of SEO principles and understand how search, content, and user experience work together to drive meaningful results. Be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking projects from initial concept through execution with minimal oversight. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Have experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or HubSpot. Bring curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with an understanding of how these tools can be applied to improve web and content performance. Experience supporting localization and multilingual web experiences is a plus. Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or technology environments is desirable, as is familiarity with tools such as Crazy Egg, Semrush, HubSpot, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT. Benefits: U.S. base salary information is provided according to the employer’s global compensation framework; the posted base salary band is $76,000–$104,500 CAD , with final offers aligned to the candidate’s location and relevant qualifications.
