This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Contract and Journeys Consultant based in the United States. This is a hands-on Workday consulting opportunity focused on building scalable contract, offer-letter, and employee journey solutions. You will play a key role in automating HR processes across 14 countries, accounting for distinct regional requirements and compliance considerations. The role combines detailed Workday configuration with workflow design, document automation, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting. You will also help implement Workday Journeys, initially alongside an implementation partner before supporting a broader global rollout. Success requires deep functional knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, Workday Docs, and Journeys rather than reporting or dashboard-only experience. You will collaborate closely with HRIS, HR, communications, business partners, leadership, and external implementation teams. This is a fully remote contract role offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on global employee and candidate experiences.
